About this webinar
On July 31, DHS added 43 companies to the UFLPA Entity List — the largest single addition since the rule’s enactment, pushing the total to 187 entities, a roughly 30% jump.
The new entries span aluminum, apparel, copper, cotton, and tomato supply chains — sectors DHS has flagged as enforcement priorities. For importers, these new additions cause additional potential exposure from raw materials and sourcing, through downstream manufactured goods and components.
Join Kharon's Ethan Woolley and LeRoy Potts, former Director of DHS's Entity List Office, as they unpack what the expansion means for compliance, sourcing, and supply chain teams — and where exposure is most likely hiding in multi-tier supply chains.
Key topics:
Inside the July 31 Additions: What the 43 new entities reveal about DHS enforcement priorities across aluminum, apparel, copper, cotton, and tomato supply chains.
Multi-Tier Exposure: Tracing forced labor risk beyond direct suppliers into sub-tier manufacturing and processing relationships.
What's Next: Reading DHS's enforcement trajectory to shed light on potential future waves of designations.
